Hispanic ministries pastors and leaders shared with us important needs in attracting, retaining, and training members and leaders in their congregations. Research shows that one of the greatest needs of Hispanic communities is leadership preparation. To respond to these needs, our programs integrate biblical reflection with key leadership and ministry skills. As a result, students will obtain a hermeneutical-practical framework to facilitate success in their professional, spiritual and personal life. The Diploma is specifically designed to train ministers and leaders as redemptive agents of God. Consecutively, the participants will strengthen their understanding of their role as leaders in ministry and will be strengthened in the power of the Holy Spirit for the proclamation of the Gospel and thus impact the world for Christ.
