Caveman Barbell

Taking on clients since 2019. I have had an amazing opportunity to be able to travel across the country; visiting countless gyms, gaining insight from some of the best in the world, and training with top athletes.

My athletic career started as a child, playing various sports, I had the opportunity to play 2 sports at a collegiate level. Diving and Soccer. Achieving top 10 all time scores in 1 and 3 meter. I also captained the soccer team for 2 years; Achieving MVP honors my second year.

​

My love for the gym began early. Starting at 14, I fell in love with the simplistic pursuit of goals and adapting the body to stresses put forth.



I continued to fumble around the gym for years until I was 21 and joined the United States Air Force. There I was able to train with some of the most professional men and women on the planet. I grew not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well.

There I fell in love with the pursuit of knowledge. I craved learning more about programming and technique, to the point where I became obsessed. After discharging, I worked manual labor. Perfecting my craft.

Now I enjoy the luxury of achieving others goals full time. Allow me to achieve yours.
