The Active FM station emerged from the opportunity that the municipality of Irai - RS had, to be allocated by Anatel a community radio channel.

The application of the grant and the formation of the Community Broadcasting Association Iraiense began in mid-2003.

Not seeking financial advantages and without political ambitions, Iraiense Association, chaired by Mr. Ubirajara Gyboski makes channel management with community participation.

cultural programs involving quality music, news and journalism with local issues, disclosure of Iraiense trade, as well as a social work assisting still free citizens, are the pillars of the station.

The Active FM station is proud to be a genuinely radio Iraiense and constantly diffuses the promotion of life and the value of the human being.
