GUARDIAN ELECTORAL es una iniciativa ciudadana con el único objetivo de RESGUARDAR LA DEMOCRACIA en estas elecciones del 2019, es una aplicación móvil de carácter imparcial que no busca favorecer a ningún partido político. GUARDIAN solo pretende empoderar a la población para que cada ciudadana y ciudadano se constituya en un guardián de las elecciones y de esta manera asegurar el buen desarrollo del proceso electoral.

Brindándo las herramientas necesarias para crear reportes como ser recursos multimedia, ubicación GPS y comentarios para detalles específicos, los usuarios puedan reportar 1) Incidentes ocurridos en los recintos durante la jornada electoral y 2) los resultados públicos de sus propias mesas de voto al final del comicio electoral debido a que el recuento de voto de las mesas es público y después de haber analizado las leyes Bolivianas respecto a las elecciones ( Reglamento Elecciones Generales 2019 , Ley 026 del Régimen Electoral ) no existe artículo que prohíba expresamente asistir al recuento o sacar fotos.

Estos reportes GUARDIÁN serán accesibles desde la aplicación para informar a la población, de la misma manera GUARDIAN brindara un recuento con la información de resultados de los reportes recibidos y comprobados, el usuario podrá ver estos resultados con una granularidad desde los resultados de mesa, recinto, barrio, circunscripción, departamento y a nivel nacional, de la misma manera los resultados del voto del exterior podrán ser accesibles. Es bueno recalcar que esto se hace solo de manera informativa ya que RECONOCEMOS los resultados del Órgano Electoral Plurinacional (OEP) de Bolivia como los únicos resultados oficiales en estas elecciones.
GUARDIAN ELECTORAL is a citizen initiative with the sole objective of RESGUARDING DEMOCRACY in these 2019 elections, it is an impartial mobile application that does not seek to favor any political party. These GUARDIÁN reports will be accessible from the application to inform the population, in the same way GUARDIAN will provide a count with the information of the results of the reports received and verified, the user will be able to see these results with a granularity from the results of the table, enclosure , neighborhood, constituency, department and national level, in the same way the results of the vote abroad may be accessible. It is good to emphasize that this is done only informatively as we RECOGNIZE the results of the Plurinational Electoral Body (EPO) of Bolivia as the only official results in these elections.
