K.H. Zainuddin Hamidi otherwise known as K.H. Zainuddin MZ (born in Jakarta, March 2, 1952 - died in Jakarta, July 5, 2011 at the age of 59 years) is an Islamic religious leader in Indonesia who is popular through his lectures on radio and television. His nickname is "Dai A Million People" because of his preaching that can touch all levels of society. He once served as chairman of the Reform Star Party, then replaced by Bursah Zarnubi.

Because his lecture was often attended by tens of thousands of ummah, it was not wrong if the press called him "Dai A Million People". Hj's husband. Before joining the DPP, he was already an active member of the PPP, namely being a member of the DKI Jakarta DPW advisory board. Furthermore, thanks to his shrewdness in communicating religious teachings with a flexible, simple, and humorous style of speech, this party which is a fusion of several Islamic parties has long since (since the 1977 elections) used it as a vote-getter. Together with Raja Dangdut Rhoma Irama, Zainuddin toured various regions campaigning for the party, which at that time had the image of the Ka'bah - before changing the star image. The results obtained were very significant and influenced Golkar's dominance. No doubt, this condition made the New Order authorities worried. Zainuddin's totality for PPP can be traced from his background. First, culturally he is a nahdliyin citizen, or is part of the extended NU family. With this position, he wanted to fight for NU, which at that time was part of the PPP fusion imposed by the New Order on January 5, 1971. Zainudiin M.Z. together with his colleagues declared the PPP Reformasi which later changed its name to the Reform Star Party in the Extraordinary Congressional Meeting on 8-9 April 2003 in Jakarta.
