Mohamed Al-Mughafri, a bank manager in retirement, is a lyric poet owner of the collection of poems by Ras Lamhayin, who was born in the city of Casablanca and increased in the old city. After he was referred to retirement, he went directly to the association and human rights work, and thus he was chosen in the field of consumer protection and defending his rights, as he became involved in a number of associations specialized in this field. He participated in several training sessions, gained a wide experience that spanned fifteen years in this field, then he established the first and second association, then the third and last association called the Moroccan Association for the Defense of Consumer Rights, which met with great success, especially when the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Economy, the green and digital, and gave it the consumer window. He used to receive the complaints of aggrieved consumers to defend them while finding a loving solution to their problems. Indeed, he used to reach a large number of consumer complaints from various Moroccan cities, and he succeeded in finding many solutions to the largest number of files while satisfying the owners. He has several articles on some paper and electronic newspapers, participated in several radio and television programs, contributed to a group of lectures and debates in some media outlets, and due to the wishes of a large number of Moroccan and white consumers in particular, he established the largest city. Casablanca, the beating heart of Morocco, is a federation under the name of the Moroccan Federation of Associations for the Defense of Consumer Rights, which includes a group of associations headed by human rights workers experienced in the field of consumer protection. To enhance all this, improve and develop its relationship and bring it closer to all consumers, he recently created the first website in Morocco specialized in spreading consumer culture, which bears a name.
