Septic Tank is an Android application designed for communication between the customer and the sanitation company. Through the Septic application, the customer can order the waste disposal service and the sanitation company can conveniently manage orders. You can purchase a septic tank sensor for the application, which will automatically send an order to empty the tank.

Description of the application for the client:

The Septic application is used for convenient and quick ordering of services in a selected sanitation company and then tracking the status of the service. The septic tank removal service is ordered by pressing one finger on one of the three order buttons, depending on the desired reaction speed of the sanitation company. The customer can order a regular, quick or urgent order (green, blue and red respectively). After a short time, the customer receives confirmation of the order (the slurry company may also reject the order or change its priority). The export order is now accepted and the client receives information on an ongoing basis about the execution and then about the completion of the order.

When starting the application for the first time, you must define your role as Client. Next, you need to provide information about the place of installation of the septic tank. In particular, provide the commune and the exact place of collection of the septic tank (town, street). It is advisable to use the attached map for this and / or use the location recognition option (a one-time consent to use location services is required). After saving these basic data, the next step is to select a slurry company operating in the given municipality. This part completes the basic configuration and allows you to take advantage of the capabilities of the application.

The list of sanitation companies available to the client in a given municipality may not include the service provider with whom the client has already signed a contract. This means that the company does not use this application yet. In this case, you can suggest to the owner of such a company about the possibilities of this application and the benefits of using it for both parties.

Description of the application for a slurry company:

The Septic application is used to manage waste disposal orders in a fast and modern way. Basic features of the application:
• Each client using the application must be approved by the company once.
• The place of arrival of the car is marked on the map, along with the name and surname of the customer, the capacity of the septic tank, address and telephone number.
• Accepted orders are divided into normal, quick and urgent orders.
• The application allows you to create a list of company employees.
• Accepted orders may have changed priority and redirected for execution by another employee
• The application allows you to handle orders received by phone or SMS
• Orders on the map are presented in three independent states, and the number of orders in each state is shown by the counters.
• Application users are divided into three groups: owner (setting up and changing company data, employee management), manager (receiving and settling orders) and employee (executing orders and providing feedback to the manager).
• The manager has the ability to check at what stage of implementation the orders transferred to employees are.
• The application works in real time and can receive orders from clients at any time.
