Violazioni CDS

Violations CDS - Handbook of road traffic violations is an application that makes use of the internet connection to access the contents of the Egaf Handbook in a simple and rapid manner, always up-to-date. Giandomenico Protospataro.
To access the Prontuario you must be a subscriber. The season ticket is calendar year, from the activation date to the following December 31st.

CDS OFF-LINE VIOLATIONS (emergency)
To further improve the service and allow the minutes to be drafted even without a connection, the off-line CDS violation function has been implemented.
However, it is a function to be used only in the event of an emergency, as it contains reduced information which also requires updating, for which its continuous use is limited to a few days.

ADVANTAGES
Update: once the application has been downloaded and logged in, you can consult the Egaf Handbook updated in real time.
Update via email: the notification of the news also takes place via e-mail from which you can then directly access the document containing the news.
Hypertext navigation: it is possible to navigate from one hypothesis to another or to the notes with a click.
Standard navigation: it is possible to consult directly the articles of the CDS or other related provisions via the ITER database.

RESEARCH
Search Street Code: just enter the CDS article number to find the relevant sanctions.
Research Other regulations: to look for sanctions related to "other regulations" on road traffic, other than CDS (eg Law 298/74, DLG 286/2005, DLG 152/2006, etc.).
Alphabetical Search: a list of keywords in alphabetical order followed by one or more phrases that complete the description.
Search Summary: a systematic index of the app to "browse" all the content. It is also a hierarchical consultation of the CDS article.

ITER SANZIONI CDS
On-line thematic database: allows consultation of legislation, administrative practice and jurisprudence quoted in the Handbook and also contains insights to the CDS (at least one comment for each article).

OTHER SERVICES (Quesiti - Egaf TV)
The Egaf subscriber can also count on:

- training through videos on Egaf TV.

CONTENTS
The handbook, the result of scrupulous study of the law and the direct experience of the author, contains all the cases of violations to the CDS and other traffic regulations.
Any hypothesis of violation:
- it is highlighted graphically with article, paragraph, description of the case, pecuniary and accessory sanctions;
- contains the motivation, with the formulation of the infraction, drafted in such a way that it can be transcribed directly on the minutes of dispute;
- it is complete with operative notes, with detailed procedural and practical indications, referred to concrete situations, for a precise and immediate orientation in the operational phase.
Directed mainly to those who carry out the activity of ascertaining and preventing infringements on the road, it is also useful for consulting firms, driving schools, sector associations, etc.

CONDITIONS (In summary)
All Egaf products are protected by the law on the protection of copyright, intellectual property: reproduction, even partial, is therefore forbidden.
To subscribe to online services, you need:
- use a tablet or smart phone with internet connection;
- pay the subscription fee;
- wait for the receipt of a password to access the service.
The online services include a single user license.
Access is allowed throughout the 24 hours per day, with the exception of the technical times periodically required for system maintenance.
