iMC calculates monthly, bi-weekly and accelerated bi-weekly mortgage payments when given a property price, interest rate and amortization term for Canada and US mortgages.

Originally was written for Apple iOS in 2010 as one of the (if not) the first Canadian mortgage calculators. Later calculations for both Canada and USA were added and now recently the app has been made available on Android.

Extremely simple to use and is a perfect companion for real estate shopping and/or mortgage shopping.
