In order to deal with all this, we offer you a brief summary of what a target heart rate (heart rate) is and a special calculator that will help you calculate your personal target zones.
Karvonen Method
The method of determining the boundaries of the heart rate. Used to determine the optimal range (target zone) of the pulse rate during sports.
The boundaries of the range are approximately between the value of the pulse at rest and in the state of MCS (maximum heart rate).
The target heartbeat zone is in the range from 50% to 95% of the MCSV value and is selected depending on the individual differences in the physical condition of the person.
