The purpose of the app is to reveal and make available the rights and benefits that the Jerusalem Municipality employees are entitled to. The app was created by Alex Monderer for the benefit of the employees, and is not a resource of the municipality or "on its behalf" but a private initiative. The service is free, subject to the terms of use and policy of the service.
