In 12 weeks, I’ll show women over 50 how to improve their physical strength, lose fat and build a strong mind/body connection. I design and build an individualized, well-rounded exercise programs for women 50+ so they can achieve their goals of improving their strength, stability and conditioning, all while preventing injury, losing fat and gaining energy.
