Download the App from Google Play Store and signs in with customer login details.
Note: If customer does not have their login details, they can place a call to the support team on 08121179536 and an email will be sent with the details.

Features of the Dotmac App:

a. Fund Account:
You can add funds to your account to renew your subscription plan, using the secure pay stack access.

b. View Details:
Here you can view your bandwidth usage, Network IP, Unit Price and the number of days left till subscription expires.

c. Invoice:
Here you can view details of payments made either for services or devices.

d. Bandwidth Usage:
The overview of the customers bandwidth usage; the upload and download speed.

e. Help:
Some frequently asked questions are answered here. Customers can also ask the support team questions by sending a message using the dialogue box.

f. Support:
Customers can send in complaints by creating a ticket, which will be responded to immediately. The reply can be viewed by clicking on the ticket client has written and sent. Get real time resolution using this feature.
