Ekotrade Mobile Terminal

The Ekotrade Mobile Terminal application is an additional free element of the Ekotrade System used to monitor the location and parameters of vehicles, the analysis of drivers' work and the location of mobile devices.

1. In order to use the mobile application, the User must have an active account in the Ekotrade system with the rights to use the Ekotrade Mobile Terminal application, and the application launch, taking into account the above-described technical requirements, is done by generating a login and password in the Ekotrade system and using these data when logging in to the Ekotrade Mobile Terminal application.

2. Using the mobile application does not require providing any personal data. Any processing of personal data may take place only for the purpose of the contract and refer only to Ecotrade Users' data, ie employees and drivers (if these data are personal data) and is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016 / 679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC ("RODO"). The owner provides appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

3. In the absence of consent to this private policy
