Il Gestore, dopo aver schedulato un appuntamento, potrà mandare un Codice ai suoi clienti. Da quel momento potrà gestire a distanza l'appuntamento e informare i clienti quando sarà possibile entrare nella struttura attraverso la visualizzazione di un'immagine-semaforo di intuitiva comprensione.

I Clienti saranno avvisati anche tramite notifiche push che ricorderanno l'appuntamento o eventuali ritardi non considerati.

Con un tap, il Cliente può far sapere al gestore (es.: il medico o il ristoratore), di essere arrivato ed essere in attesa fuori dalla struttura.
