Rules for Moderators:

1. Regular chatter at least for 6 months.
2. Decent chatter who doesn't Harras.
3. Respect others
4. Doesn't use Bad Language and Respect other's Privacy.
5. Able to be online 3-4 hours per day or least 21 hours per week.

Old Moderators are also highly encouraged to apply for Moderator.
