What kind of an interpretation is Risale-i Nur?

The translation is in two parts.

One: It is certain that they explain, explain and prove the expression of the Qur'an and the meanings of words and sentences.

The second part is tafsir: It is declaring, proving and explaining the faith-based truths of the Qur'an with strong proofs. This part is very important. The obvious commentators sometimes translate this part in a succinct manner.
