My chtmad

My chtmad is the application that CHTMAD makes available to you to be able to access, with complete security, personalized information. It will notify you of your appointments, exams or treatments to be carried out in one of the CHTMAD units. It offers you a set of useful features for you. You will be able to:

- Request rescheduling or cancellation of appointments;
- Request rescheduling or cancellation of exams;
- Request rescheduling or cancellation of treatments;
- Access the episode history;
- Downloading declarations of presence;
- View scheduled exam preparations.
