- Angry Sun - The Angry Sun is a small Sun with an angry face. It only appears in two levels.
- Baby Cheep - Baby Cheeps are usually found with Big Bertha.
- Big Bertha - Big Berthas are giant Cheep-Cheeps who carry babies in their mouths.
- Koopa Troopa - A turtle-like enemy.
- Paratroopa - A flying Koopa Troopa.

[Description]
The player takes control of Bros and is tasked with sending him through various trials that ultimately lead to saving his wife. The game features a world map where the player can choose which path to take and which level to play. Toad Houses and Spade Panels are also found on the world map.

The objective of the game is to simply move right and reach the end of each stage. The player is able to move left to an extent, though once they start to move left the camera will stay in place.
