Rádio Tropical FM, went on the air on March 1, 1990. With the initiative of businessman José Araújo, the broadcaster came to publicize the potential of Caldas Novas and the entire hot water region. With entertainment programs and social programs, the broadcaster quickly reached a large audience throughout the region.

Radio History

Rádio Tropical FM began its activities in 1990 with a studio set up at Hotel Jalim in the center of caldas Novas, where it operated until 1996, after which the studios were transferred to their own headquarters in the Jardim Roma sector on Rua B. Currently Tropical FM operates with a power equivalent to 100 thousand wats, with transmitters at the top of Serra de Caldas and with one of the largest Radio towers in the entire state of Goiás, the Issuer reaches 150 municipalities, including cities in the states of Minas Gerais and São Paulo.

Tropical FM is the audience leader in Caldas Novas and in surrounding cities.
