THE VPT ONLINE TRAINING APP PROVIDES THE EVERYDAY INDIVIDUAL THE TOOLS TO NOT ONLY GET RESULTS, BUT TO ACHIEVE A LIFESTYLE THAT CAN BE EASILY MAINTAINED.

RESULTS FOCUSED:
The hardest part of getting results is consistency. We at VPT are trying to create a platform that gives you accountability to make sure you follow your workouts and check progress every month. Our small goals each month, will get us to our big end goal.

PERSONAL TOUCH:
A VPT member will be available to personally get in touch with you each month to check progress, answer questions etc if you require it. On top of this there will be a closed forum where we can help each other, ask any questions and provide some additional education to get results.

For all fitness levels, programs are adapted to suit your ability, but still progress your level of fitness and strength to achieve your goals.
