About Founder

Kiran Deshmukh, having Instrumentation engineering background worked in the IT industry for more than 14 years. He worked from smaller companies to IT giants such as TCS and Microsoft. He also got the opportunity to work in Microsoft in US for four years.

Trying hard to prepare his daughter for the real-world skills, Kiran realized gaps in the current education ecosystem. Despite having a lot of potential, kids are forced to follow mundane and inefficient methods of learning. Kids lack proper training in every department. Proper training in terms of how to think about problems, proper training in terms of how to study effectively, how to do more in less time and countless other areas. This leads to very poor use of time and energy. And all parent must pay attention to this problem.

If the child is not performance well, we think its because of lack of efforts on child's part. We rarely look at our learning resources and teaching methods. This needs to be fixed.

Having worked in Project management for a long time, Kiran knew how to go about a problem. To know the answers he started studying. He interviewed many teachers and parents. He observed how kids learn naturally. He studied neuroscience. He went through research papers. He read books. And came up with a learning method that enable 10 Times Faster, 10 Times Effortless and 10 Times Better Learning. That is the vision behind 10X Learning Lab.
