Functions:
Live video transmission: Customers or technicians can share the camera image from their mobile device.

Markings: Users of the app can draw on the screen and thus mark objects. When the camera moves, the marker remains in its position and adapts to the viewing angle.
3D objects: 3D objects such as arrows can be placed in the video.

Record Function: Record a video with the app and use markers and 3D objects to edit the video while recording. This is only possible in offline mode and cannot be used to record calls!

The expert creates a session and shares the call ID with the person who needs assistance. Both can then access the session and the person who needs support automatically shares the video from their mobile device.
