Andilien

Andilien is an application for people with disabilities. The application is reserved for people with a disability card greater than or equal to 80%.

Whether you travel regularly or occasionally, the Andilien app allows you to ask an agent for help on all the stations served by the Transilien SNCF network in Ile de France.

ASK FOR HELP
Whether for information, support or a need for orientation in the station, you can now ask for help from the agents at your station.
And that with a simple click.
An agent at the station receives your request for help and makes contact with you, by phone or SMS, within a maximum of 15 minutes. The handling of your request can be done by phone or face-to-face, depending on the nature of the request for help.
If there are temporarily no agents available at the station, you will be invited to call the Accès Plus Transilien call center (direct link from the application) who will take charge of your request and will accompany you in the resolution of the encountered problem.

TRACKING
Thanks to your GPS data, we recover your position so that we can send the request for help to the agent present in the station where you are located.

ACCESSIBILITY AND PREFERENCES OF THE USER
For your experience to be appropriate and enjoyable, you can customize the use of the application by indicating your preferences. For example, you can choose to be contacted by the agent exclusively via SMS, or via phone call.
The application has been designed so that your voice assistants can read the different texts. The different buttons are indicated by their heading followed by the word "button". Contrast, font size, and spacing conform to mobile accessibility standards.
The method of "easy to read and understand" has been applied to the writing of all our texts.

In order to access it, all you have to do is register for free from 7am to 8pm 7/7 at the Transilien Accessibility Service and present a copy of your disability card at 80% or more:
