Ciudadano360 can quickly help you solve your problem by informing your security services company about the emergency you have.
You will need to ask your company for the configuration and activation parameters of the application. Please note that it may charge you for this functionality.

The application has 3 buttons for sending alarms:
• SOS / PANIC • FIRE • ASSISTANCE

It will also allow you to associate numbers, from your contact list, so that they are notified at the same time as your security services company.
You can indicate the form of notification of the alarm to your contacts (phone call or SMS) as desired.

Ciudadano360 will be useful to you when:
• Your safety is at risk (theft, intruders in your home, kidnapping, etc.).
• You are in a place where you cannot ask for help.
• You have had an accident and there is no one around to help you.
• You are in an emergency situation where immediate assistance is required
• Go through a dangerous area or neighborhood on your way home.

Citizen360 allows you to send an emergency message that will contain your satellite position (if available) so that you can easily find it.

Ciudadano360 also has a "Delayed SOS" button that allows you to prevent yourself by sending an alert in advance with the possibility of canceling it within a period of time, being able to warn you with a sound warning one minute before the effective alarm is sent.
For your safety, the application can be hidden after sending an SOS alarm.
To avoid false alarm triggers, you can block the application with username and password.
