Since the distant 1948, the year of birth of Fotonova, its founders Amodeo Enrico and D'angelo Alberto, had a clear understanding of the corporate mission, that is customer-oriented, which becomes the recipient of a quality standard of services and products at decidedly higher levels for that time. The company, which when it appeared on the market operated exclusively in the photographic sector, in 1976 opened a new department, that of optics, whose management is entrusted to the second generation. While remaining faithful to the principles of the origins, Fotonova, thanks to technological innovation and the contribution of professional figures specialized in optics, pursues an increasingly marked attention to the customer, introducing ways of satisfying the customer based on the quality of the relationship. Over 70 years after the founding of Fotonova, we are witnessing the engagement of the third generation, the bearer of new skills and professionalism, which today operates exclusively in the field of optics, using the most modern digital technologies and social media. For Fotonova, therefore, a new phase opens, in which tradition and innovation integrate perfectly, allowing the company not only to keep up with the times but sometimes also to anticipate them, always having in mind the corporate purpose, that is, the centrality of the customer.
