G3NEZI (pronounced Gênezi) is a web platform and mobile application with integrated services for administrative, financial and social management of condominiums (residential or commercial).

This platform provides several resources to promote agility, autonomy, practicality and transparency in accessing information and carrying out activities in your condominium.

Administrators, Professional Managers and Remote Concierges can bring their brands to clients and easily manage their condominiums with a single access, saving time, unifying information and increasing productivity.

Managers can optimize time and reduce costs, promoting efficient, modern and transparent management, everything within reach.

Residents have autonomy to interact with the concierge, landlord and neighbors, register occurrences, reserve common spaces, authorize visitors, participate in polls, virtual assemblies and events, view bills, documents and much more.

Suppliers and service providers can register for free, participate and monitor the purchase processes of our condominiums. You can even advertise your products or services and gain more visibility.

G3NEZI reduces costs and time, increases productivity, facilitates and improves the interaction between administrators, administrators, concierge, residents and suppliers.

IMPORTANT: before installing the G3NEZI app on your cell phone, make sure it has already been purchased by your condominium administration. Without this requirement, you will not be able to access the system.

After registering your condominium in the system, the administration will receive an identifier and with this code it will be possible to register residents and employees.
