Lyf Support is text based mental health guidance. It provides ongoing pay as you go sessions with our mental health experts. No appointment needed, no cancellation policies, no questionnaires.

Pay as you use the service. Each session is 30 minutes but can be extended for as long as you wish. No lock-in contracts or subscriptions fees.

Start a session anytime, day or night, 7 days a week. Our experts will provide continuous counselling by accessing your previous chats. They will work as a team for you, collaborating to get the best results for your particular situation.
