Meditatio - Méditation, Prière

We are a young Christian couple, Jeanne and Thomas, and we have created Meditatio to make you discover Christian meditation, which can completely transform your life!

In the words of a Benedictine monk, Christian meditation is “the very simple means by which we gradually come to peace with ourselves, so that we can feel the peace of God within us”. It is thus an incredible place of healing with God, he who is the true source of all the benefits that you can derive from meditation, and even more, the anonymous author of countless benefits that go far beyond everything. than you can imagine.

Meditatio offers an introductory course to Christian meditation, with:
- 9 days of training with 5 min audio
- 8 guided meditations of the discovery "route"

From the first days of practice, you will be able to experience these benefits: peace and joy.

Then, you will find many guided meditations around themes (joy, peace, fullness, stress and anxiety management, ...) and passages from the Bible. You will also find a free meditation screen with various tools allowing you to relax (in particular with relaxation exercises from the Vittoz method, breathing exercises, ...) then to take a time of silence with God, accompanied by 'a passage or a Bible verse if you wish.

Meditatio offers a very accessible approach which is addressed to all: to convinced Christians but also to all those who "do not find themselves too much" in this religion and in its institution, or rather in the idea that they have it. . Our goal is to make you discover how much God can change your life if you devote a little daily time to him, and to allow you to be quickly independent even without any previous experience of meditation or Christian prayer.
