The Morgen Wonen App is used in the quality process of the construction of houses, built using modular elements that are manufactured off-site and assembled on-site.
During the production and transportation phase, it is essential that thorough quality checks are conducted to ensure that all materials are produced with correct quality and delivered on time, in the correct sequence and undamaged to ensure the most efficient construction process on site.
The app facilitates to:
• download templates that are used to complete quality checks per modular element.
• take photographs and/or video which is available to view to office based users in real time
• show modular elements on a map
• receive and send messages via a message center
• receive alerts if unusual motion readings are detected and the load needs to be checked during transportation.
• receive alerts if the load arrives or leaves a certain geofence
