My name is Gitte, and it is me who stirs in the meat pans, kneads the dough and writes words to you.

In the app you will find recipes for food for the busy, Römertopf dishes, salads, desserts, soup, bread and muffins.

You can also find recipes for grandmother food: the kitchen classics - good, Danish family food, for everyday and party. On the blog you will find food that is easy to make, tastes good and delicious and where everyone can join.

The dishes are cheap and quick to make and the cakes are not so advanced that they take many hours to make.

You will find the ingredients you need for my recipes in any supermarket. These are not mega-advanced ingredients that you will need and I think you have most of it already in your kitchen cabinets.

I am a fan of Stop Madspild, so I make a virtue of always cooking and cakes according to "The principle of the present nail".

I'm good at using what I have or finding alternatives.
