Plant protection products used in agriculture (BWP) in the soil and water resources in different ways, creates a serious threat to natural resources. Contamination of underground and surface water sources with these dishes affects public health seriously. Water resources are composed of 45-90% point sources. These dishes are composed of BWPs; Starting from the storage phase, moving to the application location, preparation, implementation of the target, after the disposal of residues and packaging, cleaning of used machines, such as occurs. In addition, as a result of precipitation from the land, washing and erosion in the soil, water sources occur. In our country, these dishes are more prominent especially in river, lake and water basins. It is estimated that if the dishes continue to form at this rate, a point of no return in 25-30 years will be reached.
It is of great importance to develop the professional qualifications of the agricultural engineers in the field, who will guide the farmers' practices in the agricultural pesticides. With this application, the best Management Practices (EYU) prepared for our country will be brought to the target audience in parallel with the European Union countries.
