Sport4Health

As part of the Sport4Health research project supported by the European consortium EIT Health (http://eithealth.eu/), the S4H application allows patients included in the clinical study to:
- Consult their prescription for physical activity
- Plan their sports sessions by registering directly with the sports club
- Manage the sports sessions and follow the physical activity for each
- Be guided in the tasks to be carried out during the clinical study time (answer to questionnaires, physiological measurements)
