adis online is an offer for all people in Baden-Wuerttemberg who are affected by discrimination.

Did you experience discrimination or disadvantage? Have you ever been racially or sexually insulted, or do you feel that you are disadvantaged in job applications and job due to disability or gender?

Then you can contact us.

We offer advice for people who have experienced or observed discrimination themselves. Discrimination is understood to be discrimination or insult on the basis of an actual or imputed characteristic such as ethnic or social origin, language, sexual orientation, gender (including transsexual and intersexuality), disability or chronic illness, religion or world view and age.

We are a team of trained anti-discrimination consultants with different thematic priorities.

Our range:

We are on your side and strengthen you if you want to tackle discrimination.

We inform you to your rights.

We think together about what we can do. For example writing a letter of complaint, having a conversation with the people in charge, looking for interviews and much more.

Our advice is free. The advice is confidential. We also advise anonymously.
