[If the app cannot be installed or updated]
1. Check available device storage space
- The reason for not updating is that the device's storage space is insufficient (less than 1G), so update and installation may not be possible. If you do not have enough storage space, please delete photos, videos, or unused apps to free up storage space and update (or install) the Saybebe app.
- How to check storage space
1) Run the default 'Settings' app on your phone
2) Select 'Storage' menu
3) Check 'Available Space'

2. Clear cache and data of Google PlayStore app
- If you cannot update or install the app, please delete the cache and data of the Google PlayStore app and then update (or install) the Saybebe app.
- How to clear cache and data
1) Run the default 'Settings' app on your phone
2) Select 'App' or 'Application Manager' (this may differ depending on the device.)
3) Select 'Google Play Store App'
4) Select 'Clear Cache'
5) Select 'Clear Data'

3. Reinstall Play Store Update
- After reinstalling the Google Play Store app to the latest version, please update (or install) the Saybebe app.

1) Run the default 'Settings' app on your phone
2) Select 'App' or 'Application Manager' (this may differ depending on the device.)
3) Select 'Google Play Store App'
4) Select 'Remove Updates'
5) Select 'OK' when prompted to return the Play Store app to its initial version.
6) Run the 'Play Store' app among all apps on the desktop

- Camera: When writing a diary or posting, take a photo and attach it or scan a barcode.
- Microphone: Recorded when writing an audio memo in the diary.
- Address Book: Contact inquiry for sending invitation messages.
- Storage space (photo/media/file): saves ultrasound image, photo, or audio file. When writing diary notes and postings, attach photos.
