Aangifte Inkomstenbelasting

With the tax return app you can file your 2022 income tax return.
You retrieve your data with your DigiD. Then you check them. Is everything correct? Then you can immediately sign and send your declaration.

The Declaration app can only be used in combination with the DigiD app. The DigiD app must be on the same device and you use the pin code of the DigD app to open the Declaration app.

Are you filing a tax return with a tax partner? Then your partner also needs the DigiD app on his or her own device.

First check whether you can file a tax return with the app.
There is a good chance that you did not have to change or supplement anything last year, and if your situation has not changed.

You cannot use the declaration app if you:
- did not have the same tax partner throughout the year
- you bought or sold your home and therefore incurred deductible expenses
- had a residual debt for a former owner-occupied home
- temporarily rented out your home, for example via Airbnb
- owned a business
- had a share in an undivided inheritance
- had income from other work
- lived abroad
- had income from abroad
- owned assets abroad
- was a co-parent, and your minor child was not registered at your address
- had deductions, such as gifts, healthcare costs or study costs
