BA-mobil is the Federal Employment Agency's customer app, which makes it easier for you to contact the Federal Employment Agency.

With BA-mobil you can access selected functions of your online profile at any time.

Are you registered as unemployed or looking for a job?

Do you already have access data for your customer account with the Federal Employment Agency?

Do you have a personal contact person?

Then you can LOG IN to BA-mobil WITH YOUR ACCESS DETAILS. You already know the user name and password from the website of the Federal Employment Agency: www.arbeitsagentur.de

Some selected FUNCTIONS of BA-mobil:

• CURRENT INFORMATION:
You keep an overview of your upcoming appointments, new messages, placement suggestions, applications and much more in one place (also via push message).

• MAILBOXES:
You can view your messages in the benefit and placement mailbox at any time and contact the Federal Employment Agency on topics such as cash benefits and advice and placement.

• MANAGE APPOINTMENTS:
Have your upcoming and recently past appointments displayed, save the appointments directly in your smartphone's calendar and use your smartphone's map app to show you how to get to your appointment location.

• REPORTS AND DOCUMENTS:
Notifications and evidence can be displayed to you as a PDF file if you have agreed to this in the portal.

• REPORT CHANGES:
Inform your agency about important events. For example, you can conveniently submit a photo of your certificate of incapacity for work via your smartphone.

• TRACK PROCESSING STATUS:
You can view the current processing status of your online applications at any time.
