Ceven Escoltas

It allows manual and voluntary reporting of the on-site assistance of the operational personnel of the Private Security companies that hire the Ceven Platform and the Ceven Escorts App.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Download the App "Ceven Escorts" from your Android cell phone on Google Play.

2. During the installation or first use of the App, accept all the permissions. This is Indispensable for the App to work and send the reports on site.

3. Log in by completing all the fields and accepting the terms and conditions. In the "Company" box, the word prosos must be written in lowercase and without accents. The username and password is delivered by the U.T PROSOS through the area coordinator.

4. Always keep the session open. Remember that the App does NOT track people.

5. When you need to send the report on site, first check your location on the map. Then press the button "SEND REPORT" immediately a dialog window will appear confirming the shipment; press "Yes send" the cell phone camera will automatically be activated to take a picture of your face and press accept.
6. If your cell phone is in an area with internet service, a progress bar will appear when you send the report. On the contrary, if your cell phone does NOT have internet, the report will be stored in the cell phone memory and then sent when you return to an area with internet coverage. Every time your cell phone is without internet you will get a blue window notifying it and in this state it is suggested not to uninstall the app!

7. When you present a news in the commission of services, report it through the button "REPORT NOVELTY"; there you can take a photo as evidence and then write the observations of the case; Finally, press the send information button and it will be associated with your commission.

8. Submit reports on site according to UT PROSOS instructions. Technically the App allows an hourly report!

9. When you want, you can view the reports made in the SEE MY REPORTS section; They are also notified by email of the receipt of the reports made.

10. To ensure proper functioning of the App, it is essential that it is updated in its latest version. For this, it is requested to be verifying on Google Play the availability of updates or to attend the indications of the U.T PROSOS.
