Hello Friends! I am Dr. Anupam Ghose and your Personal Fitness Coach.

As a Medical Doctor and an ISSA Certified Fitness Coach, I have a deeper level of expertise than a Personal Trainer. I am also an ACE Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and have the training and education to coach targeted populations.

Online training is also more flexible. If you can’t make it to the gym during normal hours or on a consistent schedule or want the option to work out at home, a virtual FITNESS COACH and plan may be for you.
