The accident reporting service enables the technically supported reporting of an emergency, accident or breakdown with the insured vehicle.
As soon as the acceleration sensors of the accident reporting connector detect a change in the driving behavior of the car that is typical of an accident, an automatic call for help is sent to the accident reporting center via the accident reporting app. The position of the vehicle is automatically determined by the accident reporting app.
After an emergency or accident has been reported, we will try to establish a voice connection with you immediately via the smartphone connected to the system.
You also have the option of manually sending an emergency, accident or breakdown report. In this case, too, our accident reporting service will take the necessary emergency measures, e.g. B. the towing of your vehicle organized.
