El Masnou net

The Masnou is clean and free direct communication channel between citizens and the City Council that allows users to easily report any damage or impact on the public roads and make them up.

To use it, just download it indicate what the impact has been detected (trees, streets, sidewalks, lighting, furniture ...) and geotag to send the coordinates where you are. It also allows to attach a comment as well as images. Once recorded the incident triggered a protocol to handle it from municipal services, during which the user can monitor the performance from the phone.

In order to preserve the public areas of the municipality, this tool aims to improve responsiveness in this area taking advantage of the immediacy offered by new technologies.
