Towards a Healthy Living ”mobile application aims to lead the user to a healthy lifestyle, to help shape it, to achieve physical and mental well-being, to provide information, methods and feedback on the results achieved.

A counseling application that provides personalized condition assessment, alerting, and caring counseling when needed, tailored to the individual’s physiological characteristics, evaluating the data. The system performs the analytical functions automatically, predictive and predictive biomarkers and algorithms have been built into the analyzes.

Novelty of the application:

1) The application is integrative, ie multi-directional care is provided for the purpose of stress management, sleep quality monitoring, fitness development and circadian or biorhythm tuning.

2) The application implements scientifically based, evidence-based monitoring and user lifestyle transformation functions with vital sign measurement and advanced analysis, as well as using the built-in knowledge base.

This application is for a demonstration prototype of a part of a physiological monitor project.
