Hoppy - Rester en forme à l'hô

Hoppy is a free smartphone application for users which aims to offer various physical exercises in order to improve the well-being of hospital staff, patients and carers in addition to the programs of coaches, physical trainers, physiotherapists, etc. already used by hospitals.

* Running and walking routes:
Audio-guided 5 to 10 km running and walking routes, starting from the hospital, for those who want to go for a run or walk in the morning, during their lunch break or when leaving work. All the remarkable points on the way are commented on so that the body and the head work.

* Fitness trail:
Health trails with exercises created by specialists and assisted by video outside the hospital. Hoppy uses street furniture (benches, poles, stairs, street-workout stations, etc.) to offer a variety of exercises.

* Exercises:
Flexibility exercises, posture, relaxation, Qigong, etc. to do sitting at his desk, standing, in bed or at home.
