The “IDMC Building Cares” application provides management and interaction features between residents and the Building Management Board via mobile devices easily and conveniently.
- Receive notifications of Building news from the Management Board.
- Allows to directly send requests, error reports, service problems and building quality to the Management Board with visual attachments.
- Receive notification of service, quality of troubleshooting to each resident.
- Check and look up information about services such as management fee, electricity, water, car.
- Search and submit satellite service utility request around the building
