- Enter a valid incarcerated ID.
- Select the correct incarcerated individual from the list you will be provided.
- Provide us with your email and password.
- Enter your billing information as it appears on your card statement.

JPay Mobile Apps Use the JPay app to send money to an inmate, or, for ex-offenders, to make a community correction payment. The apps are free to download, and sync directly to your existing JPay account.
