The Jaybird App can be downloaded from the App Store or Play Store. The Jaybird App is compatible with devices running iOS 11 and above and Android 6.0 and above. To download the Jaybird App: Open the Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS on your phone.

The Jaybird App gives you the ability to customize the sound profile of your headphones in real time. You can access customized presets created by the Jaybird team as well as many others from Jaybird Athletes. You also have the ability to create your own sound profile and save it by using the custom equalizer.

With your headphones turned off, press and hold the Power Button until you see the LED flashing red/green. When the LED flashes red/green, the headphones are ready to pair. A voice prompt will say “Searching for your music device”. Select “Jaybird FREEDOM” in the list of discovered devices to connect.

Turn your device's Bluetooth back on. Try connecting to the Jaybird App....How can I connect my Jaybird Tarah Pro to the Jaybird app?
- Download the Jaybird App.
- Make sure your Tarah Pro earbuds are paired to your audio device.
- Open the Jaybird App and the Tarah Pro earbuds will connect automatically.

If you're having trouble pairing your earbuds, try the following steps: Turn off Bluetooth on your audio device for at least 10 seconds and then back on, then try to pair. Turn your audio device off and back on, then try to pair. Go to your devices Bluetooth settings and forget Jaybird RUN if present.
