MTL Trajet 2019

MTL Trajet is a mobile app developed as part of a research project conducted by Montréal and its Mobility Partners. Its use is governed by the city’s ethics guidelines.

The purpose of this research project is to collect and analyze data that transportation network users provide about their travel habits using their smartphones.

Based on this data (origin and destination of trips, number of trips, mmethods of transportation, etc.) we will be able to predict travel needs more accurately and make plans to develop the transportation network accordingly.

Participants who have validated seven days of participation in the study

will be eligible to be entered into a draw for the following prizes:


• Two annual public transit passes valued at $1,500 each

• One Apple Watch

• Two $250 gift certificates at an outdoor equipment store

• One pair of tickets to see a professional hockey game

• One pair of tickets for a Montreal Symphony Orchestra concert

• Five BIXI memberships

• Two pairs of tickets for a Cirque du Soleil show

• One $100 gift certificate for an area spa

• One $200 gift certificate for a cooking class



Prize draw winners must provide proof of residence when they collect their prize.
