Your location, your topics, your region - tailored to your smartphone, that's what the Main Post's new news app delivers: push notifications, videos and photos of the events in the region and all news sorted according to your preferences.

With the Main-Post News-App you always stay up to date about your location or your club. You can read the latest news from Mainfranken and Bavaria as well as the best stories from the sports clubs in your region, as well as the latest from politics, business and culture.

In addition, you can put together an individual news mix of favorite authors, locations and subject areas in the "My Topics" area.

With the live sport tickers you can find out everything about the top clubs in the region. Live blogs provide direct information about what is happening between the Main and the Rhön. Many photos and videos complete the offer.


The most important functions at a glance:

1. All news from Mainfranken live around the clock on your smartphone. You can read what is happening in Mainfranken on the same day in the News App.

2. The app adapts to you: You have the option to decide which news you want to see on the start page - news from your location, your favorite club or politics, no matter you decide.

3. Push notifications: You always stay up to date. It doesn't matter whether there is something new at Kickers, FC Schweinfurt 05, at the Mozart Festival or from your location. You receive the most important news on your smartphone using the push function. Do you want to decide for yourself which messages you will receive via push on your smartphone? You are welcome to individually define the topics you would like to be notified about.

After downloading the app, you have the option of completing a free trial subscription (14 days free). All you need to do is register in the app.

To use the app indefinitely, you have the following subscription options:

- MP + News app: Unlimited access to this app for € 9.99 a month, can be canceled at any time.
- MP + (incl. Mainpost.de and news app) for € 14.99 a month, can be canceled monthly.
