We, the Subedi family, warmly welcome you to our Namaste restaurant. Namaste is the traditional greeting in Nepal and means something like "I bow to you".

Our home, the high mountain region of Nepal, lies on the south side of the Himalayas. It borders Tibet to the north and India to the south. For centuries, Nepal has been a melting pot of many peoples, cultures and regions.

This diversity and tolerance has also carried over to the Nepalese cuisine. The Nepalese, Tibetan and Indian influences can be found in Ayurvedic cooking, which is based on one of the oldest health teachings in the world. Enjoy the mixture of fresh ingredients and Ayurvedic spices in our restaurant. Take your time and choose from our extensive menu that is of course prepared without sodium glutamate or similar preservatives and without coloring *.

We always prepare all dishes fresh and we attach great importance to the high quality of the ingredients. Should there be unavoidable waiting times, we ask for your understanding. We wish you a pleasant stay and bon appetite.
