Welcome to Real! We’re so glad you’re here. Our App brings you a new kind of therapy experience, where you can take the first step in taking proactive care of your mental health. Available just to members, the Real App brings the experience of our NYC therapy studio to you, integrating ongoing progress tracking, meaningful mental health programming, and on-demand therapy Pathways.

HOW IT WORKS
Real membership is available for booking at our website. Once you’re all signed up and onboarded, you’ll get a login, which you can use to access this members-only App! Here, you’ll complete your weekly Pathway sessions (complete with customized audio and video content from your therapist!), have the opportunity to interact with other members who are going through the same experiences you are, and submit Journals and exercises for your Pathway.

WHY REAL?
We looked for therapy and found a system that was overpriced, outdated, and completely out of touch. So we got to work creating an entirely new approach. Real provides care that is fun, affordable, and flexible to your unique needs and mental health goals. Plus, our therapists are trained in the issues, topics, and life experiences modern women are facing today. They know the difference between Hinge, Lex, Bumble, and Tinder, and are more familiar with the fact that your plans for fertility may not just be delayed but fully off the table. They know exactly what you’re going through and create space for you to express without judgment.

WHO CAN JOIN?
